From 3 to 20 participants, young & old, Agua Viva Serves has a project that you and your team can work on. Our goal is to connect people. The most repeated quote we hear after a team serves with us is
“I went to touch someone' else’s life, not realizing how much they would touch mine”.
Learn A New Skill
Whether it is drilling a well, digging a trench, or working on a house you and your fellow volunteers will be learning something new. We ask each volunteer to enter the field with an attitude of learning.
Make A New Friend
All volunteers work hand in hand with the local population. As part of our asset based approach, expect to make life long friendships with the people you meet.
Have Some Fun
Be prepared to work hard but also be prepared to have some fun while in country with Agua Viva. Children are a big part of our work.
Nothing rejuvenates you after a hard day then a smile from a child.
